I used to have stetson frames and loved them but always felt like I was going to break them. With the new pair from EBD they were way stronger and much better quality than my stetsons. Mine and my wife's prescription got messed up by the optometrist we went to. So after contacting EBD to verify it was the optometrist that messed up we had another examination done. After verification that our prescriptions were messed up EBD has a great customer service department and was on and off the phone with return labels and replacements in the mail within 45 mins
