Shop nowThe Program is a tier-based program determined by purchase activities within a single year, beginning on the date when you create an Eyebuydirect account. You will start to enjoy perks once you spend at least $110. There are 3 tiers with associated perks:

When you spend at least $110, you’ll automatically be placed in Tier 1, Silver Bright, and be eligible for all the perks Tier 1 members receive. Once you spend at least $220 in your first year, you’ll be automatically moved up to Tier 2, Golden Sight. If you spend $360 or more in your first year, you’ll qualify for Tier 3, Diamond Light. Your Tier status will be updated within 24 hours after qualifying purchase, and relevant perks will be available to redeem within 14 days. Returned, refunded, and canceled orders may result in reversal of status.
Your status in a particular tier is good for the year in which you qualify for that tier and the following full year. After that, you’ll need to spend enough to qualify for that tier each year. For example, if you spend the $220 necessary to qualify for Tier 2, Golden Sight, during your first year, you’ll maintain Golden Sight status during your second year. But, if you spend less than $220 during your second year, you’ll drop back down to Tier 1, Silver Bright status, on your second anniversary date. (EyeBuyDirect account creation date is your personal anniversary date.)
For your purchase to qualify for the Program, you must create your own account with a password to be enrolled in the Program before the date of purchase. If your membership in the Program is terminated for any reason and you enroll in a new Program account, any purchases made prior to the date you enroll in a new Program account do not qualify for Program tier recognition.
Earn and redemption of perks is based on the tier level achieved, and you are eligible for these perks while you are in that tier. Once you achieve Tier 3, you are eligible for additional premium rewards based on how much you spend while in Tier 3. Your upgrade gift perk per tier will expire 6 months after the date it is unlocked.
Perks may never be exchanged for cash. You must be logged in to your EyeBuyDirect account to access your perks. You will find your eligible perks (with offer codes if applicable) listed on your My Account page. Qualifying members will receive email invitations when perks are available if they have not opted-out of receiving Program emails.
If your order is not completed for any reason, any perks will be inactive. You are not required to redeem your accumulated perks. Perks cannot be exchanged or returned for another product or service or a monetary refund.
Neither accounts nor Program rewards and benefits may be transferred, shared, or combined. Only the member paying for the products may accumulate the perks. We reserve the right to monitor the number of accounts per household and refuse, merge, or close additional or duplicate accounts at any time. Your account information (including security details) are confidential and should not be shared with any other person.
We are not responsible for perks lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity by you or any third party. We reserve the right to change Program perks and how we evaluate and reward your eligible purchases and/or other Program activity. We reserve the right to place limits on the number of purchases or activities that are eligible for the Program and/or for any given tier, the number or types of perks you may receive or earn in any given tier, in a given time period or for the duration of the Program, and/or any combination thereof.

EBD Credits can only be used towards up to 50% of each transaction total, per purchase.
You can pay using a combination of EBD Credits and a different payment method, such as a credit card or PayPal.
EBD Credits cannot be refunded.
If a refund is issued for any purchases made using a combination of EBD Credits and another method of payment — such as a credit card or PayPal — EBD Credits applied to that purchase cannot be refunded to your EBD Credits balance, but the rest of the purchase price will be returned to the separate payment method(s) used for the original order.
EBD Credits cannot be exchanged for money or any other currency.
EBD Credits expire 12 months after the date they were earned.
