I am new to the glasses-wearing community, and I only purchased them for eye strain because I am on the computer most of the day. These are the most comfortable pair of glasses I have ever put on, and I wear a lot of sunglasses. It's only been about a week and I don't even realize I have them on, most of the time. To find the best fit for your glasses, first you should look for the perfect <highlight>frame width</highlight>.

A frame that’s slightly wider than your face is a good place to start — no more than a finger width between the temple and your face is a good rule of thumb.

If you’ve already got a pair of glasses that fit, measure <highlight>from screw to screw</highlight> on the face front for a good idea of the frame width.

You’ll also sometimes see other measurements on the temple (arm) of your glasses.
