Excellent
These frames not only fit me perfectly but also they are so light. Don't even feel them while wearing. Lenses are crystal clear though they are the basic ones only. Can only imagine how good the upper range would be. These frames are nice and suits perfectly on my face. 5 stars.
Product and Customer Service review
After a delay waiting for my order I am happy with the product. Unfortunately there was a delay as my “PD” measurement was different from my long vision order. After waiting 4 weeks I call your 1800 number and discovered the issue. I was told a email was sent but I never received any email query. After confirming the prescriptions were correct it took 3 more calls with promised call backs and emails to confirm when the glasses were dispatched. Product ok but customer service was disappointing.
