Great glasses, and great service
First off the glasses are fantastic. Solidly built, super stylish and the fit couldn’t be better. The service however was over the top. This was actually my first time ever ordering a set of readers, and I messed up on the prescription - I thought you only took one set of numbers, but obviously I was wrong! When I contacted EyeBuyDirect they helped me through correcting my error, and sent me out a new pair. Could not have asked for a better outcome.

I can’t even tell you how much I love these glasses the fit is absolutely perfect the style is so me and they have to be the best progressives I’ve ever had, very easy to get used to! And the big huge bonus out of all of this is a great customer service I’ve received from this company I made a mistake on my first order and they had no problem to replace the glasses without me even having to ship the other ones back, they were so helpful and everything was done so quickly and seamlessly! Another huge bonus was these glasses cost me literally 80% less than what I was going to pay at the eye doctors. Not only did I save money but I got exactly what I wanted !
