Sonder Glasses

First pair from Eyebuydirect and very pleased with quality fit and finish. Needed a new or backup pair of computer glasses. These will now be my number 1 vs old expensive pair. Perfect fit for us high nose bridge people, haha.

I love how light these frames are and how the nose pads sit on my nose. I have a lower bridge than most people due (I am Asian). The not-quite-perfectly-round lenses really complement my almond eye shape and round-oval face. I've worn glasses for 10+ years and these are my first wireframe glasses and I'M HOOKED. The nose pads are a game-changer and I adjust my glasses so much less than with acetate glasses without nose pads. I also wear eyelash extensions and these glasses do not get touch my lashes (I get medium-length lash extensions, not the mega-volume sets). I will say the downside is the screws will come undone. I lost a screw once it came undone for the 3rd time and ended up replacing the screw. I also put a dab of superglue in when I replaced the screw so I would never have to deal with the screw coming undone again. If not for the screws coming undone, I would have given this frame a 5-star review.

I've bought multiple pairs of glasses frames from EBD due to the fair pricing and great designs. This pair, the Sonder, is hands down my favorite pair to date. The fit, color, and minimal design really make this a frame worth purchasing. I've been looking for more thin-framed glasses that are on the wide side and the Sonder really nails it.
